Kathmandu. The 20th Annual General Meeting of Citizens Capital Limited was held at the Registrar’s Office of the Company, Batuleghar, Dilli Bazar, Kathmandu. The 20th AGM of the Company has approved a proposal to distribute 13% cash dividend from the profit of the fiscal year 2082\/83. <\/p>\n
Among the proposals presented for discussion in the AGM, the annual report of the Board of Directors for the fiscal year 2082\/83, the auditor’s report along with the balance sheet, profit and loss account, cash flow statement and other financial statements have been approved. In addition, the committee has approved the appointment of the auditor for the audit work for the fiscal year 2083\/84 and the determination of his remuneration and the appointment of directors as per the rules of the organization. <\/p>\n
Citizens Capital Limited, a subsidiary of Citizens Bank International Limited, has been operating various functions of mutual fund management, securities issue manager, portfolio management services, portfolio management services, corporate advisory services, securities guarantors, share registrars and demat accounts and various capital exchange-related functions directly related to the investors. <\/p>\n
