The meeting of the Council of Ministers has taken various decisions ranging from receiving foreign grant assistance to the posting of high-level employees. <\/p>\n<p>The meeting held at the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers today decided to approve the grant assistance equivalent to Rs. 100 million from the Norwegian government for the program to promote clean energy and transformation in municipalities. <\/p>\n<p>The meeting also decided to approve Nepal Engineering Service (Formation, Group and Classification and Appointment) (Second Amendment) Regulations-2083 BS and Alternative Development Finance Mobilization Regulations-2083. <\/p>\n<p>The meeting also decided to send the report submitted by a committee led by former justice Baburam Regmi to the Ministry of Home Affairs for necessary work. <\/p>\n<p>The cabinet also decided to promote Joint Secretary Padma Kumar Mainali to the post of Secretary towards Nepal Engineering Services Grouping and depute him at the Ministry of Infrastructure Development.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kathmandu.
