The meeting will be held at 11:00 a.m. <\/p>\n<p>The meeting will be held at Vaquit, Thapagaon, New Baneshwor, Kathmandu. The 134th meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on October 3 fixed the date for the meeting. <\/p>\n<p>The AGM shall present, discuss and approve the annual report of FY 2082\/083 by the Chairperson on behalf of the Board of Directors, the financial statements including balance sheet, profit or loss accounts and cash flow of FY 2082\/083 along with the auditor&#8217;s report. <\/p>\n<p>The meeting appointed the auditor for the fiscal year 2083\/084 and fixed his remuneration, reduced the salary of the director, <\/p>\n<p>It will endorse various proposals, including endorsing the appointment of independent directors for the remaining term.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kathmandu.
