The meeting of the board of directors of the company has decided to distribute a cash dividend (including tax) of Rs 12,47,36,842.11 of the current paid-up capital for the financial year. The company has also called its fifth annual general meeting to approve this dividend. <\/p>\n
The company has decided to hold its general meeting on November 3. The meeting will begin at 10 am at the Kupandole Banquet in Kupandole, Lalitpur. <\/p>\n
The same meeting will pass a resolution to pass the dividend. The meeting will also elect 1 director representing the general shareholders. <\/p>\n
The meeting will approve the institutional guarantee given to the Rastriya Banijya Bank for the loan of Dudhpokhari Chepe Hydropower. The meeting will also pass a resolution for the transfer and sale of survey license for the generation of electricity of Maiwa Khola Hydropower Project (12.504 MW). <\/p>\n
The meeting approved the annual and auditor’s report for the last fiscal year and approved the proposal for the current fiscal year 2083. 84 for the appointment of the auditor and the resolution relating to the determination of his remuneration.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
