Today is the last day to secure dividends of four companies. Today is the last day to secure dividends of Nepal Infrastructure Bank, Nabil Bank, Garima Bikas Bank and Reliance Spinning Mills. <\/p>\n<p>These companies are closing the book on September 14 for the purpose of AGM and dividend distribution. According to this, the shareholders who have been traded in NEPSE till date will be able to participate in the AGM of these companies and receive the dividend to be distributed by these companies. <\/p>\n<p>Nepal Infrastructure Bank (NIFRA) has called a general meeting to approve the dividend. The meeting will be held on October 23 at Anupam Foodland and Banquet, Battispuli, Kathmandu. The meeting will be held at 9 a.m. <\/p>\n<p>The company has decided to distribute cash dividend (including tax) of Rs 1.13 billion (including tax) from the distributable profit of the last financial year, which is 5.2632 percent of the current paid-up capital of Rs 21.60 billion. The meeting will approve the proposal. <\/p>\n<p>The AGM will approve and deliberate on the Directors&#8217; report for FY 2082\/83, the auditor&#8217;s report along with the balance sheet for mid-Ashad 2083, detailed profit or loss account, cash flow statement, changes made in the capital and other related schedules. <\/p>\n<p>According to Section 111 of the Companies Act 2063 and Section 63 of the Bank and Financial Institutions Act, 2073, the external auditor will be appointed for the fiscal year 2083\/84 as per the recommendation of the audit committee of the bank and his remuneration will be fixed. <\/p>\n<p>Nabil Bank has decided to hold its 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on October 8. The meeting will begin at 9:30 am at the Army Officers Club, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu. <\/p>\n<p>The meeting will approve a total dividend of 15.80 per cent of the current paid-up capital proposed for FY2022. The meeting will pass a special resolution authorizing the Board of Directors to make any changes or amendments from the regulatory bodies while amending the Memorandum of Association and the Regulations. <\/p>\n<p>The meeting shall also pass a resolution authorizing the Board of Directors to proceed with the entire process of merger with other banks and financial institutions or if the bank deems it appropriate to acquire other banks and financial institutions. The meeting shall elect 3 directors to be represented on the board of directors on behalf of the promoter shareholders. <\/p>\n<p>Garima Bikas Bank has decided to hold its 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on October 11. The event will begin at 10:30 am at Hotel Pokhara Grand in Birauta, Pokhara. <\/p>\n<p>The meeting approved a total dividend of Rs 6,02,13,48,367.22 for the current fiscal year 2082.
