Kathmandu. Litmus Industries Limited has organized the first-ever ‘Litmus Power Partners Meet 2026’ in Kathmandu, bringing together the stakeholders of Nepal’s energy sector. The event was attended by representatives from the hydropower, solar energy, engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) and consulting sectors. <\/p>\n
The program was organized with the theme of ‘Together, Relationship and Trust’. The program focused on the recent developments, challenges and emerging opportunities in Nepal’s energy sector. The program prioritized the issues of cooperation, technology development, quality of production and construction of reliable and sustainable energy infrastructure. <\/p>\n
The program was attended by representatives of established and new hydropower companies, solar power developers, EPC companies, consultants and industry related organizations as well as representatives of IPPAN and other organizations. <\/p>\n
Discussions were held on the changing needs of Nepal’s renewable energy sector and the role of quality production and technology in further strengthening the transmission and distribution infrastructure. The participants exchanged views on project development, technological implementation, innovation and the need for stronger cooperation across the entire value chain of the energy sector. <\/p>\n
At the event, Litmus Industries showcased its wide range of existing products and solutions and also introduced two new conductor technologies in the Nepali market. The company introduced HTLS, Conductor and L-59 Conductor in the Nepalese market. The introduction of these superior conductor technologies will further expand Litmus Industries’ product portfolio and help address the evolving needs of Nepal’s transmission and distribution sector. <\/p>\n
Rohit Gupta, Managing Director of Litmus Industries Limited, emphasized the importance of building strong partnerships between various stakeholders in Nepal’s energy sector. He said that at a time when Nepal’s energy sector is constantly evolving, collaboration between producers, project developers, EPC companies, consultants and other industry stakeholders is essential for the construction of reliable, effective and sustainable power infrastructure. <\/p>\n
