Kathmandu. Those who have bought shares till today will receive the proposed dividend of Shine Resunga Development Bank. The bank has decided to close the book on September 3 for dividend and meeting purposes. This means that only shareholders who have remained in power as of September 28 will be eligible to receive the dividend and attend the meeting. <\/p>\n
The bank has decided to hold its 18th Annual General Meeting on October 12. The meeting will begin at 11:30 am at Hole Saffron CK in Butwal, Rupandehi. <\/p>\n
The meeting will approve a total dividend of 16 per cent of the current paid-up capital out of the proposed distributable accumulated profits for FY83. This includes bonus shares at 6 per cent and cash dividend at 10 per cent (inclusive of tax). <\/p>\n
The meeting shall approve a special resolution authorizing the Board of Directors to make changes in accordance with the directives or suggestions received from the regulatory bodies while amending the Memorandum of Association and the Regulations. The meeting shall pass a special resolution to increase or add to the meeting allowances and other facilities of the directors. <\/p>\n
The same meeting approved the annual and auditor’s report for the last fiscal year and the current fiscal year 2083. 84 will approve the proposal for the appointment of the auditor and the determination of his remuneration.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
