He had recommended to President Ram Chandra Paudel today to hand over the responsibility of acting Prime Minister to Finance Minister Swarnim Wagle. <\/p>\n<p>On the basis of the recommendation, President Poudel will appoint Finance Minister Wagle as the acting Prime Minister. <\/p>\n<p>Prime Minister Shah is scheduled to address the United Nations General Assembly on September 24.
