Kathmandu. The ‘Road Suggestion App’ has been formally launched to make the repair of damaged federal roads in the Kathmandu Valley effective. <\/p>\n
The Roads Division Kathmandu under the Ministry of Infrastructure Development has officially launched the app after a successful test. Now, the citizens of the Kathmandu Valley can register complaints and suggestions regarding the repair of damaged roads under the federal roads through the app. <\/p>\n
Arrangements have been made for the citizens to directly see the process and status of the complaint registered through the app. After the complaint is addressed, information about it will also be available through the app, according to the Road Division Kathmandu. <\/p>\n
Currently, through the ‘Road Suggestion App’, complaints and suggestions can be registered regarding about 472 kilometers of roads under the federal road in the Kathmandu Valley. The Roads Division has said that information about the roads that are not under the federal roads will also be provided to the citizens about which agency the road falls under the responsibility. <\/p>\n
Preparations have also been made to expand the app nationwide by making the complaint management related to road maintenance more effective. The plan is to expand the service by including Lalitpur and Bhaktapur in the app within the next two weeks and gradually bring it into operation across the country.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
