The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on August 22 has announced the distribution of bonus shares worth Rs 34,72,87,500 at the rate of 15 per cent of the current paid-up capital and 0.78,947 per cent cash dividend for tax purposes. <\/p>\n<p>The company has called its 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) at Hotel Imperial on Thursday, September 17, to approve the dividend proposal. The meeting will begin at 11 a.m. <\/p>\n<p>The company had closed the book on September 22 for the purpose of the AGM and dividend distribution.
