On the second day of the BRICS summit on Sunday, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that the countries of the Global South have increased their faith in BRICS. &#8220;Because their voices are heard here and their experiences are appreciated. \u2019<\/p>\n<p>Prime Minister Modi said that tensions are constantly increasing in the world and it is directly affecting the lives of ordinary people. &#8220;The pandemic, climate disaster and supply chain disruptions have shown that countries of the world are connected today,&#8221; he said, adding that in such a situation, a crisis in one place can affect other countries as well. \u2019<\/p>\n<p>Keeping this in mind, Modi also said that an agreement has been reached to establish a &#8216;BRICS Integrated Early Warning System&#8217; to prevent and fight the spread of infectious diseases. &#8220;Also, early warning data integration guidelines have also been developed to deal with outbreaks,&#8221; he said. <\/p>\n<p>On the second day of the summit, a group photo session of the leaders of the member states was held at Bharat Mandapam.
