Machhapuchchhre Bank has declared a dividend for the fiscal year 2082. 83. <\/p>\n<p>The meeting of the Board of Directors of the bank held this afternoon decided to distribute a total dividend of 6 percent of the current paid-up capital from the distributable profit of the current financial year. This includes bonus shares worth Rs 362.586 million and cash dividend (including tax) of Rs 36.25 crore. <\/p>\n<p>Similarly, the bank has decided to distribute a cash dividend of Rs 7,45,89,041 to the preference shareholders for the current fiscal year. <\/p>\n<p>The proposed dividend will be approved by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kathmandu.
