Finance Minister Swarnim Wagle has appointed Biswa Bijay Parajuli as his advisor on humanitarian affairs. <\/p>\n<p>According to the ministerial decision dated September 10, Parajuli has been appointed as an honorary advisor till the end of December. He has been appointed for a short period with the expectation that he will help in the humanitarian works to be carried out by the ministry after the Bhotekoshi floods. <\/p>\n<p>Parajuli has a long and deep experience in the United Nations. The ministry believes that his experience will be very useful in humanitarian relief and rehabilitation work in Nepal. Parajuli&#8217;s expertise in disaster risk reduction and management is expected to help make the ministry&#8217;s work effective. <\/p>\n<p>Minister Wagle handed over the appointment letter to Parajuli, wishing him a successful tenure.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kathmandu.
