The government has sent the first installment of private housing grant to 188 earthquake-affected beneficiaries of Jajarkot. The first installment of Rs 50,000 per household has been sent to the beneficiaries who have signed the housing reconstruction agreement. <\/p>\n<p>As per the disaster-affected private housing refurbishment, reconstruction and rehabilitation grant (second amendment) procedure, 2083 BS, the housing grant amount will be paid to the beneficiary&#8217;s account after signing the beneficiary agreement. <\/p>\n<p>According to the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Authority (NDRRMA), the beneficiaries will receive the second tranche from the first tranche on the basis of the technical examination report of the completion of the construction of the house up to plinth level.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kathmandu.
