Sanima Bank has announced a dividend. The bank has announced a dividend to be distributed to its shareholders from the profit of the last financial year. <\/p>\n<p>The board of directors of the bank has decided to distribute 10 percent cash dividend (including tax) from the profit of the last fiscal year 2082\/83. Similarly, the same meeting of the board of directors of the bank has also decided to distribute 8.25 percent preference shares. <\/p>\n<p>Currently, the company has a paid-up capital of Rs 13.58 billion.
