Kathmandu. According to Nepal Police Headquarters, 95 people who went missing after floods swept away people in different districts of Rasuwa district have been recovered till 8:00 pm on Wednesday. <\/p>\n
According to the police headquarters, the bodies of 95 people have been recovered in different districts so far. Likewise, 33 dead bodies were recovered in Chitwan, 18 in Dhading, 16 in Gorkha, 11 in Nuwakot, 11 in Nawalparasi East, five in Tanahun and one in Rasuwa. The number of bodies found in Chitwan district is higher than in other parts of the district as most of the bodies have been swept away from the upper region. <\/p>\n
According to the Police Headquarters, rescue workers are working round the clock in this difficult time of disaster and treatment of the injured has been expedited. According to the office, 656 police personnel have been mobilized in the flood-hit areas. <\/p>\n
Some police personnel are still out of contact as the police stations deployed for the security of citizens are hit by floods.\u00a0Similarly, 10 in Area Police Office Timure, 8 in Rasuwagadhi, 3 in Police Post Syafrubesi, 5 in Temporary Police Post Mailung, 1 in Betrawati Police Post and 1 in Haku Police Post are still out of contact. <\/p>\n
Similarly, 41 people injured in the floods are receiving treatment at different hospitals. Of them, 20 are being treated at Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital, 9 at Trishuli Hospital, four at Trauma Centre, three at Bir Hospital, three at Norvic Hospital, one at Birendra Sainik Hospital and one at Green City Hospital.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
