The AGM also discussed and approved the annual report presented by the Chairman on behalf of the Board of Directors for the fiscal year 2081\/082. The meeting has discussed and approved the annual financial statement of the fiscal year 2081\/082 along with the auditor’s report, the balance sheet of the fiscal year 2082 and the profit or loss account of the fiscal year 2081\/08 ended on the same date, the change in share capital, the cash flow statement and other related schedules. <\/p>\n
The meeting was held in accordance with Section 111 of the Companies Act, 2063. b.
