Kathmandu. The proposed dividend of Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank will be received by the shareholders who have remained till September 17. The bank has decided to close the book on September 18 for the purpose of the Annual General Meeting. Therefore, only the shareholders who have remained in the bank till September 17 will be eligible to receive the dividend and participate in the meeting. <\/p>\n
The bank has called its 20th Annual General Meeting. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the bank has been called on September 14. The meeting will be held at the Amrapali Banquet in Baluwatar, Kathmandu. <\/p>\n
The financial year 2082 approved by the Nepal Rastra Bank as proposed by the Board of Directors from the meeting. From the accumulated profit of Rs. 83, the preference shareholders of the bank shall approve a cash dividend of 9 percent and 15 percent of the paid-up capital (including tax) to their shareholders for the period from the date of allotment of preference shares. <\/p>\n
