Kathmandu. Prabhu Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the initial public offering (IPO). <\/p>\n
The appointment agreement was signed on Monday. The agreement was signed by the CEO of Visitor Resort Arya Shumsher Rana and Managing Director of Prabhu Capital, Ashish Gauchan. <\/p>\n
As per the agreement, the company will issue 30% of the issued capital to the general public. All the work related to the proposed IPO issuance and sale process will be completed in compliance with the prevailing Act, Regulations, Directives and regulatory standards. <\/p>\n
The resort is built in the Mughal architectural style. The main feature of the resort is the panoramic view of 22 mountain ranges from various rooms and private balconies. With its serene surroundings, attractive topography, mountainous scenery and event friendly infrastructure, the resort is poised to be a suitable destination for leisure and family getaways, corporate events, conferences, weddings and other social events. Combining scenic beauty and panoramics with modern hospitality, the resort has been providing quality accommodation, food and entertainment to both domestic and foreign tourists. <\/p>\n
The company has a long-term plan to further expand its services and infrastructure in the coming days to upgrade it as a five-star integrated resort and enhance the quality of hospitality services targeting tourists. The resort has a lot of land. <\/p>\n
As the upgradation and improvement of the road from Koteshwor to Dhulikhel has reached the final stage, it has become possible to reach the resort from Kathmandu to the resort in 45 minutes under normal traffic.
