KATHMANDU: Super Madi Hydropower Limited has declared a dividend to be distributed to its shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year. <\/p>\n<p>The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on August 22 has decided to distribute 15% bonus shares of the current paid-up capital of the company i.e. 347,72,87,500 and 0.78,947% cash dividend for tax purposes. <\/p>\n<p>The proposed dividend of the company will be distributed after it is approved by the Electricity Regulatory Commission and approved by the upcoming Annual General Meeting. <\/p>\n<p>The company has called its 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 17 at Hotel Imperial to approve the dividend proposal. The meeting will begin at 11:00 am. <\/p>\n<p>The company is closing its book on September 8 for the purpose of AGM and dividend distribution. As per the agreement, the shareholders who have been traded in NEPSE till September 1 will be eligible to participate in the AGM and receive the proposed dividend.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kathmandu.
