Indian Ambassador to Nepal Navin Srivastava was also present during the meeting. <\/p>\n<p>Seth arrived here on Sunday on a four-day official visit at the invitation of Chief of Army Staff Ashok Raj Sigdel. President Ram Chandra Poudel conferred the honorary rank of General of the Nepal Army to General Seth on Monday. <\/p>\n<p>Since 1950, Nepal and India have been conferring the rank of honorary General of the Indian Army Staff on each other&#8217;s army chiefs.
