IME Life is a company registered on September 15, 2065. The company came into operation on August 1, 2017. Within a short period of operation, the company has been able to provide fair returns to both the insured and the shareholders. <\/p>\n
This life insurer increased its capital by issuing ordinary shares at a premium price without opting for merger to increase the minimum paid-up capital. The company with a paid-up capital of Rs 5 billion has accumulated Rs 523.8 million in share premium income. The company has increased its paid-up capital from Rs 4 billion to Rs 5 billion by distributing 25 percent bonus shares to the ordinary shareholders who bought shares at a premium price. <\/p>\n
In the last FY, the life insurance fund of the company increased by 39.40 percent to Rs 18.27 billion. <\/p>\n
In the last financial year, the company’s business has seen attractive growth. In the review period of the current fiscal year, the company has earned Rs 7.73 billion in insurance premiums. It was 36.86 percent more than the previous year. This increase seems to increase the confidence of the insured in IME Life. <\/p>\n
Last FY, IME Life earned a profit of Rs 58.42 crore and its net worth per share increased to Rs 11.68. <\/p>\n
