Hotel Park Land will be issuing right shares to its shareholders from August 15. <\/p>\n<p>The hotel will issue 100 percent right shares to existing shareholders in the ratio of 1:1. As per the agreement, the hotel will issue a total of 6 million units of shares at face value of Rs 100. <\/p>\n<p>Applications for these right shares can be submitted till September 20.
