Kathmandu. Nabil Bank Limited has published its unaudited financial statements for the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2082\/83. According to the company’s financial report, the bank’s net profit and other indicators have seen progress. <\/p>\n
During the period, the bank earned a net profit of Rs 7.90 billion. The bank had posted a net profit of Rs 5.92 billion in the same period last year. The profit of the bank increased by 33.50 percent compared to the same period of the previous year. <\/p>\n
Similarly, the bank’s net interest income has also increased during the review period. During the period, the bank earned a net interest income of Rs 17.92 billion. The bank had posted a net profit of Rs 16.32 billion in the same period last year. <\/p>\n
The net distributable profit stood at Rs 4.69 billion as of mid-July 2018. The loan impairment charge has come down to Rs 2.67 billion from Rs 4.20 billion in the previous fiscal year. This has contributed to the net profit. <\/p>\n
The total assets of the bank stood at Rs 7.34 trillion during the period. The bank’s paid up capital reached Rs 32.05 billion and deposit collection increased by 12.95 percent to Rs 592.55 billion at the end of the last FY. Credit investment increased by 12 percent to Rs 460.31 billion. <\/p>\n
