<\/p>\nKathmandu. Citizen Life Insurance Company Limited organized Citizen Leaders Night 2026 in a grand manner. The Citizens Leaders Night 2026 was organized on August 91, 2020 at Royal Tulip Hotel, Gwarko, Kathmandu in a very grand and civilized atmosphere. <\/p>\n
The event was attended by more than a thousand participants, and distinguished guests selected in various categories from all over the country. There was an atmosphere of enthusiasm, respect, self-esteem and a sense of success throughout the program. <\/p>\n
The event was marked the official launch of the company’s new i-solution system software version Nexti. The company’s Chairman Pradeep Jung Pandey, Board of Directors and management team jointly launched the version ‘Next’, marking the beginning of the company’s journey towards digital transformation. It was believed that this system based on modern technology would play an important role in making the service delivery of the company more effective, efficient, safe and customer-friendly. On this occasion, the company reiterated its commitment as a technology-friendly, innovation-oriented and future-oriented organization. <\/p>\n
Humanoid robots and robotic dogs were showcased as special attractions of the event. The humanoid robot addressed the participants with a message that mixed motivational and informative humor. The company’s efforts to combine modern technology and innovation with the program were highly appreciated by the participants. <\/p>\n

Comedian Sundar Khanal enthralled the audience with his stellar performance while the company’s brand ambassadors and great personalities of Nepali comedian Hari Bansha Acharya and Madan Krishna Shrestha made the event even more glorious. Their entertaining presentations provided ample entertainment to the participants. <\/p>\n
Chairman of the company Mr. Pradeep Jung Pandey, Director Mr. Mahesh Swor, CEO Mr. Poshan Raj Poudel and Chief Marketing Officer Mr. Bhusan Rimal expressed their views during the program. They urged all to work together to make Citizen Life a stronger, more sustainable and result-oriented organization. <\/p>\n
During the program, 780 citizen leaders, agency managers, agents and branches were honored and awarded for their outstanding achievements in various categories. <\/p>\n
On the occasion, Butwal branch was awarded the best branch in the country for the first insurance premium collection. Bheshraj Bhattarai was declared the best star agency manager and secured the first position on the basis of insurance premium collection. <\/p>\n
Nitesh Shrestha was awarded the ‘Best Citizen Leader’ on the basis of the first insurance premium collection. Geeta Poudel secured the first position as the agent issuing the highest number of insurance policies. Dil Bahadur Dhami became first in the recruitment of the highest number of agents. <\/p>\n
Various musical and dance performances added to the program. Participants experienced a unique combination of respect, entertainment, inspiration and technology. The program received a very positive response from the participants due to its high level management, disciplined operation and attractive presentation. <\/p>\n
