Lalitpur. Sushan Maharjan has announced her candidacy for the post of president of Lalitpur Chamber of Commerce and Industry. <\/p>\n
Maharjan announced his candidacy after the executive committee meeting of the association on Tuesday decided to hold the 47th general assembly and election on October 7 and 24. He is the senior vice-president of the current executive committee of the association. <\/p>\n
Maharjan also has the experience of working as the vice-president and executive committee member of the association. He has also served as a committee member of the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI). <\/p>\n
Maharjan said that he is a natural contender for the post of president as he is holding the responsibility of senior vice-president in the current working committee. Associated with the Association since long, he has been relentlessly active for the rights and business security of industrialists and entrepreneurs. “I am fully confident that I will get the love, support and trust of all the industrialists and businessmen associated with the association,” Maharjan said, adding, “My main priority will be to seek practical solutions to the problems and voices of the private sector by strongly reaching out to all the three tiers of government as well as the umbrella organization FNCCI.” \u2019<\/p>\n
Maharjan is the managing director of Mahalaxmi Hume Pipe Industry.
