Kathmandu. The \u2018SALICO Suraksha Run 2026\u2019 organized by Sagarmatha Lumbini Insurance Company on the occasion of its 30th anniversary of establishment has been concluded. The race, organized with the aim of increasing public awareness about health, awareness and insurance, was held in collaboration with Thempal Run.<\/p>\n
More than 500 runners and participants participated enthusiastically in the program. The race started from the company\u2019s central office on Bhagwati Marg in Naxal, Kathmandu, passed through Gyaneshwor, Kamalpokhari, Ghantaghar, Uttardhoka and ended at the company\u2019s central office.<\/p>\n
The program was inaugurated by the company\u2019s chairman Manohar Das. The enthusiasm, energy and activism of the participants made the program more attractive and successful.<\/p>\n
After the race, various recreational games and activities were also organized for the participants. Which added more excitement and fun to the program.<\/p>\n
All the runners participating in the program were awarded Finisher medals. In addition, the first place winner in the male and female categories was honored with amout of 9 Lakhs SALICO Arogya Health Insurance Policy along with cash prize.<\/p>\n
Similarly, along with the ‘SALICO Safety Run 2026’, the company has also conducted various social service-oriented programs under its social responsibility. Under this, a food distribution program was organized at Manav Sewa Ashrams in Gandaki, Koshi and Sudurpaschim Provinces, a blood donation program in Lumbini Province, and a food and food distribution program at the Mother’s Love Hostel in Madhesh Province.<\/p>\n
The company has stated that it has tried to fulfill its responsibility towards the society more effectively through such social responsibility programs.<\/p>\n
The company has expressed its belief that the successful organization of the program has made a significant contribution to promoting a healthy lifestyle, expanding insurance awareness, and further strengthening the company’s relationship with the community.<\/p>\n
