The total collection of the company in 2018 was much higher than the total collection of Rs 7.54 billion. <\/p>\n<p>New business (first premium) has been the main contributor to the company&#8217;s business progress in the year under review. New business has seen an aggressive growth of 38.2 percent in the review year compared to the previous year. According to the report, the new business increased to Rs 3.30 billion in the review year from Rs 2.39 billion in the previous year. <\/p>\n<p>Similarly, the company has registered an encouraging growth of 17.6 percent in renewal premium collected from the old customers. The renewal premium has increased to Rs 6.06 billion from Rs 5.15 billion in the previous year.
