Maulakali Cable Car has called a special general meeting (SGM) to issue right shares. <\/p>\n<p>The company is going to hold its special general meeting on July 26. The assembly will begin at 4:00 pm at the IME Complex in Panipokhari, Kathmandu. <\/p>\n<p>The meeting will endorse a proposal of issuing 50 percent right shares out of the current paid-up capital of the company.
