Rajesh Babu Shrestha, son of Laxman Babu Shrestha and CEO of Yes Bank jointly handed over the funds to the school through the school’s Principal Gita Kafle. <\/p>\n
Also, the late Anisha Shah, a student of Nepal Rastriya Secondary School, Bhawanipur, Birgunj-08, Parsa received the scholarship from the bank’s proprietor Shyam Sundar Rungta. Mr. Gunjan Sunar, a student studying in grade 9 at Shree Sharada Secondary School, Dhangadhi, Kailali has been awarded with the scholarship by Mr. Sagar Malla, the director of the bank. <\/p>\n
Similarly, the late Sumina Lamichhane, a student studying in class 9 at Amar Secondary School, Hetauda, Makwanpur, has been awarded by the Bagmati B Province Chief of Yes Bank. Muskan Khatun, a student of Sitaram Community English School, Mechinagar-14, Jhapa, was awarded the Sitaram Prasai Mahalaxmi Jehendar Student Scholarship. The bank believes that this type of corporate social responsibility program will remove the compulsion of students to be deprived of studies due to financial constraints. <\/p>\n
