Kathmandu. U.S. President Donald Trump said he made more than $1 billion from cryptocurrency-related businesses last year in his mandatory financial disclosures for 2025. <\/p>\n
In the 927-page financial announcement, Trump said he received $635 million in royalties from the Trump meme coin. The coin was released just days before he took office. However, since then, its price has fallen sharply. <\/p>\n
Trump also said that he earned more than $ 50 million from a cryptocurrency company called World Liberty Financial. The company was founded by his sons and the children of his special envoy Steve Witkoff. <\/p>\n
Trump has also made millions of dollars from real estate and the sale of Trump-branded merchandise. The White House has denied that Trump was using his presidency for personal gain. <\/p>\n
The earnings shown in Trump’s latest fiscal announcement are significantly higher than last year. In his 2024 financial announcements, Trump said he would net out more than $600 million. The White House, however, reiterated that there was no conflict of interest. <\/p>\n
