Kathmandu. Pokhara\u2014Nepal Engineering College, Changunarayan has honored 160 students who scored best in the semester examinations of Pokhara University. On Sunday, the college felicitated the students who excelled in various disciplines of engineering and architecture. <\/p>\n
College Principal Durga Prasad Bhandari, Assistant Principal Mohandhwaj KC, teachers’ representative member Prof Dr Shyam Shrestha were present on the occasion. On the occasion, Sabitri Tripathi felicitated the students with certificates and trophies. Speaking on the occasion, Principal Durga Prasad Bhandari said that the college is proud of the success made by the students. <\/p>\n
“The college is proud of your hard work and achievements. We are committed to making your learning more systematic, effective and qualitative. Principal Bhandari said. <\/p>\n
On the occasion, 65 students from Architecture, 33 from Civil and Civil and Rural Engineering, 22 from Computer Engineering, 20 from Electrical and Electronics, Electronics and Communication and Information and Communication and 21 from BDH programme were honoured. Pokhara University has honored the students who scored the best GPA in the semester examination. <\/p>\n
Established as a non-profit social educational institution, the college offers bachelor’s and master’s level courses in engineering. Located in a peaceful and green area away from the city noise, the college has been given permanent recognition by the Nepal Engineering Council. In addition, every year the college provides scholarships worth more than Rs 15 crore to meritorious and disciplined students. The college is conducting the entrance examination for the academic session 2026 on July 9. <\/p>\n
