The company will present the proposal for the issue of both the shares in its Annual General Meeting (AGM). The Association is organizing its 7th Annual General Meeting on June 16. The assembly will begin at 10:00 am at the central office in Lamki, Kailali. <\/p>\n
The AGM will endorse the proposal of issuing 100% right shares in the ratio of 1:1 of the current paid-up capital. As per the agreement, the company will issue rights shares at a face value of Rs 100 to its shareholders. <\/p>\n
The meeting will also endorse a proposal to issue FPO worth Rs 11,49,98,260. The FPO company is planning to maintain 70 percent share structure of the company and 30 percent of the general public. <\/p>\n
