In this case, Himalaya Rico spent more than Rs 4.50 crore and Sulabh received more than Rs 3.80 crore through Mridula Sariya. <\/p>\n<p>Mridula is the daughter-in-law of Renu Agrawal, the chairperson of Saria Trust Insurance Brokers. <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"> How did the money be transacted? <\/span><\/p>\n<p>Trust Insurance Brokers has paid Rs 3.80 crore to buy land owned by Mridula Sariya in Jhapa. Mridula has transferred this amount to the bank account of her mother-in-law Renu Agarwal. Sulav Agrawal has withdrawn money from Phupu&#8217;s bank account. <\/p>\n<p>In this case, the amount paid by the Trust Insurance Broker has reached the bank account of the company&#8217;s board member Renu Agrawal.
