Finance Minister Swarnim Wagle has expressed confidence that the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) would reduce systemic risk through effective regulation and supervision. <\/p>\n<p>Issuing a message of best wishes on the occasion of the 34th anniversary of SEBON, Finance Minister Wagle said this in a message. &#8220;It is imperative to make the capital market safe, competitive and conforming to international standards to attract individual and institutional investors,&#8221; the message reads. \u2019<\/p>\n<p>Finance Minister Wagle also expressed the expectation that SEBON would protect and promote investors&#8217; interest through good governance, market reform and development by making the regulatory role of the capital market effective.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kathmandu.
