Kathmandu. Saptakoshi Development Bank has called its 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM). <\/p>\n
The board of directors of the bank has decided to hold its meeting on June 28. The meeting will begin at 11:00 am at Hotel Rubies on Dharan Road in Biratnagar, Morang. <\/p>\n
The meeting will open the door for merger with other suitable banks and financial institutions. For this, if it is necessary to carry out merger and acquisition, the Board of Directors will approve a special proposal to proceed with the work by following all the procedures. <\/p>\n
The meeting will also endorse a special proposal to appoint an accredited valuer to evaluate movable and immovable assets and liabilities and transactions in merger and acquisition and authorize the Board of Directors to determine the remuneration of the directors. <\/p>\n
The meeting held the last fiscal year 2081. 82 Annual and Auditor’s Report Approved and Current Fiscal Year 2082. 83. Approve the proposal relating to the appointment of the auditor and the determination of his\/her remuneration. <\/p>\n
