Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Manakamana Daraudi Hydropower Company is holding its 7th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on June 26. The meeting will be held at 11:30 am at Hotel Hardik Bagbazar, Kathmandu. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on June 18 fixed the date for the AGM. <\/p>\n
The AGM will discuss and approve the annual report of the fiscal year 2081\/82 presented by the Executive Chairman on behalf of the Board of Directors. The auditor’s report along with the financial statements including balance sheet, profit, loss, accounts and cash flow statement of the fiscal year 2081\/82 will be discussed and approved. The meeting will appoint an auditor for the fiscal year 2082\/83 and approve a proposal to determine the remuneration of the NEJ. <\/p>\n
The AGM will discuss and approve the proposal relating to appointment of independent director pursuant to the Company Act, 2063 and Rule 29 of the Companies Regulations. According to the decision of the Board of Directors, a resolution will be approved to approve the remuneration of a director for working full-time in the company. <\/p>\n
Likewise, the meeting will amend Rule 27 and 31 of the Companies Regulations in line with the Companies Act, 2063. The meeting shall approve a proposal to authorize the Board of Directors to manage the finances by taking long-term loan from the bank for the financial management of the project to be constructed under the promotion of the company.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
