KATHMANDU: The government is to run a lottery program to encourage the culture of taking bills in the purchase and sale of goods and services. <\/p>\n<p>Both houses of the Federal Parliament today voted for the fiscal year 2083. Presenting the budget for 84 years, Finance Minister Dr. Swarnim Wagle has made this announcement. &#8220;The programme is being introduced to make the tax system transparent and technology-friendly,&#8221; he said. <\/p>\n<p>Finance Minister Poudel also announced that the system of refunding value added tax (VAT) would be automated.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kathmandu.
