The IPO of Yambaling Hydropower Limited has been issued on May 30. Muktinath Capital, the issue manager for the IPO issuance, this morning. <\/p>\n<p>In the second phase, the company had opened the IPO to the general public from May 26 to May 5. A total of 17,43,000 units of shares have been issued to the general public at a face value of Rs 100. <\/p>\n<p>A total of 3,24,78,230 units of shares were sought from 2,982,498 applicants. A total of 3,19,56,910 units of shares sought from 2,938,082 applicants have been validated while the remaining 5,21,320 units have been validated from 44,416 applicants. <\/p>\n<p>The IPO has been allotted through a lottery because of the number of applications exceeding the demand. Out of which 1,74,300 applicants got 10 units of shares. <\/p>\n<p>The final results of the IPO will be announced shortly.
