Kathmandu. Today is the last day to file the IPO of Taksar Pikhuwa Khola Hydropower Limited. The company had started issuing the IPO to the general public from May 23. The company has started issuing the IPO to the general public after allocating the IPO for the local residents of the project-affected areas and the Nepalis who are employed abroad. <\/p>\n
The issued capital of the company is Rs 1.20 billion. The company was allowed to issue 26 percent i.e. 4,230,668 units of shares worth Rs 423,66,800. <\/p>\n
Out of the total offered shares, 12 Lakh units have been set aside for the locals of the project affected area and 3,03,067 units have been allotted to the concerned bodies of the company. Similarly, the company has set aside 1,51,533 units for mutual funds and 60,613 units for the employees of the company. <\/p>\n
Applications can be place for minimum 10 units and maximum 50,000 units. <\/p>\n
Care Ratings Nepal has assigned CareNP Double B Plus Issue Rating to the company. This indicates that there is an average risk to the company’s ability to meet its obligations. <\/p>\n
