The Ministry of Finance has implemented a code of conduct for the employees working in the bodies and offices under it. <\/p>\n<p>The Code of Conduct has been enforced by the Ministry to make the individual and collective behavior impartial, transparent, democratic, good-natured, collaborative, service-oriented, disciplined, dignified, systematic and service-oriented. The code of conduct has already been approved by the ministry on April 4. <\/p>\n<p>The Ministry has made it clear in point about the good conduct that employees should show in course of performing their duties as per the code of conduct. <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><strong>Virtue<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> Do not meet the service recipient and related stakeholders outside the workplace in connection with their work, <\/li>\n<li> Not acting as an agent or agent of any service recipient, <\/li>\n<li> Does not or does not act in a way that fulfills the vested interests of himself or any other person or organization by abusing his or her official responsibilities, <\/li>\n<li> An employee must return his identity card, document, password, cash or commodity to the Ministry after he or she is separated from the work of the Ministry for any reason, <\/li>\n<li> Not to use or use hotels, restaurants, lodges, vehicles or any other kind of facilities at the expense of the service recipient while going on a field visit in connection with any government work, <\/li>\n<p>}<\/p>\n<li> Employees shall not do anything that may violate the dignity of the office, including gambling and playing cards, and consuming alcohol inside the office or in public places, <\/li>\n<li> Not to participate in foreign trips, trainings or workshops without the approval of the competent authority, <\/li>\n<p>}<\/p>\n<li> Do not correspond with the donor agency or any other organization with the intention of seeking any kind of assistance, <\/li>\n<li> Refuses to ask for or accept scholarships or other support for their family or relatives from the donor agency or any other organization, <\/li>\n<p>}<\/p>\n<li> Not making any kind of decisions, advising, etc., that would cause undue benefit to himself or his family members or relatives, <\/li>\n<p>}<\/p>\n<li> Accept any kind of gift, hospitality from any person or organization related to the work of the Ministry without the approval of the concerned authority and not to engage in any act that may cause undue benefit to oneself, <\/li>\n<p>}<\/p>\n<li> to comply with your office&#8217;s internal control system, <\/li>\n<p>}<\/p>\n<li> To provide full assistance in internal and external auditing by providing documents, evidence, and information required for auditing, <\/li>\n<li> Timely Settlement of Arrears in Your Name, <\/li>\n<li> Every employee shall perform according to the main performance index and follow the work operation procedure. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/insurancekhabar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/acharshaita_6rhknno.pdf\" class=\"pdfemb-viewer\" style=\"\" data-width=\"max\" data-height=\"max\" data-toolbar=\"both\" data-toolbar-fixed=\"on\">acharshaita_6rhknno<\/a>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kathmandu.
