Kathmandu. The meeting of the Council of Ministers held today took 6 different decisions. <\/p>\n
The government offices and all educational institutions have decided to give a holiday on Saturday and Sunday for two days in a week in view of the problem in the supply of petroleum products. The office hours will be from 9 am to 5 pm. This decision will come into effect from April 23. <\/p>\n
Here are the decisions<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n The Ministry of Finance will accept concessional loan amounting to 90 million US dollars (40 million US dollars and 50 million US dollars respectively) to Asian Development Bank and the World Bank for Digital Nepal Transformation Project. <\/p>\n To accept the concessional loan equivalent to 95 million US dollars from the World Bank for the Sustainable and Inclusive Finance Project of the Ministry of Finance. <\/p>\n To give prior approval from the Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration to conduct the organization and management survey of all the ministries, secretariats, commissions and bodies under the government. <\/p>\n Resignation of Executive Chairman Dharmendra Jha from Rastriya Samachar Samiti will be accepted. <\/p>\n The government offices and all educational institutions will be closed on Saturdays and Sundays with effect from April 6 due to the problem in the supply of petroleum products. <\/p>\n Necessary legal arrangements will be made to convert diesel and petrol vehicles into electric vehicles and finally start the next academic session from April 29, 2083.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Kathmandu.
