Kathmandu. Foton Motors Nepal has expanded its presence in Eastern Nepal with the inauguration of a new showroom in Itahari, Sunsari. According to the company, along with the inauguration of the showroom on March 29, a customer meet program was also held. <\/p>\n
The new showroom in Itahari, a major commercial hub, caters to customers from Sunsari, Morang and surrounding districts. According to the company, the new showroom has been brought into operation with full 3S (Sales, Service and Spare Parts) facility, which will provide complete service to the customers from one place. <\/p>\n
In the ‘Customer Meet’ program held along with the inauguration of the showroom, existing and potential customers shared their experiences, expectations and suggestions. The company has pledged to collect customer feedback and improve the quality of service. <\/p>\n
Foton Motors Nepal has prioritized strengthening after-sales service, faster response system and customer satisfaction. The company said that the future strategy will be decided on the basis of customer feedback. <\/p>\n
