The Electricity Regulatory Commission (ERC) has granted conditional permission to Sahasha Energy to issue 100 percent right shares of its paid-up capital. <\/p>\n<p>Sahas Energy has received prior consent to issue right shares through the decision of the Commission on March 25. The current paid-up capital of Sahas Energy stands at Rs 4.57 billion. The company has started the process of issuing equal right shares. <\/p>\n<p>The company has already applied to the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) seeking permission to issue right shares. The company will issue a total of 4,57,38,000 units of shares at a face value of Rs 100 to its shareholders if permitted by the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON). <\/p>\n<p>NIMB Ace Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for the right issue of Sahas Energy. <\/p>\n<p>The Electricity Regulatory Commission (ERC) has put forward 3 conditions in the previous agreement to allow Sahas Energy to bring the right shares. <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><strong>Here are the conditions<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-293117\" src=\"https:\/\/insurancekhabar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/sart.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"988\" height=\"343\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kathmandu.
