Finance Minister Dr Swarnim Wagle has said the private sector will no longer be forced to take bribes, stand in queues for work and be shut up. <\/p>\n<p>Minister Wagle said this during a meeting with the representatives of the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI) at the Ministry of Finance on Monday. &#8220;Increase investment, increase employment and build the country,&#8221; he said, adding, &#8220;I have not come here to take bribe, nor will I allow anyone to eat.&#8221; I have come to turn the ship of economy and take the country to a new pace. \u2019<\/p>\n<p>Wagle made it clear that the private sector would not suffer anymore. &#8220;We are your companions. Now there is no need to pay bribes and stand in queues,&#8221; he said. \u2019<\/p>\n<p>Minister Wagle said that financial penalty will now be imposed for financial dishonesty. &#8220;Industrialists and businessmen should not be imprisoned,&#8221; he said, adding, &#8220;But it is expected that the private sector will not be dishonest when the state becomes a partner and partner.&#8221; If someone commits intentional dishonesty, we are ruthless in doing so. \u2019<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kathmandu.
