Nabil Bank&#8217;s preferred shares will be traded in the secondary market from Monday. <\/p>\n<p>The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) on November 20 had granted permission to Nabil Bank to issue preferential shares worth Rs 5 billion. Nabil Bank has issued 8% unissued unissued preference shares to the institutional investors on December 17. <\/p>\n<p>The preference shares of Nabil Bank have been listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) today. The shares of any company will be traded from the second day of listing in NEPSE. <\/p>\n<p>Now, the preferential shares of Nabil Bank will be traded from Monday. These shares will be traded only among institutional investors. This is because general investors, securities dealers (securities brokers, stock traders, merchant bankers, etc.) licensed by the Securities Board of India (SEBON) and mutual investment funds are not allowed to buy and sell these preferential shares. <\/p>\n<p>Institutional investors will get 8% dividend on the preferred shares of Nabil Bank in a profitable year.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kathmandu.
