The meeting will begin at 1:00 pm at the company&#8217;s registered office located at Bhanuchowk in Janakpurdham, Dhanusha. <\/p>\n<p>The AGM shall approve the appointment of the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Board of Directors. The meeting held the last fiscal year 2081. The annual report of 82 will be approved. <\/p>\n<p>The AGM will endorse the company&#8217;s auditor&#8217;s report, profit and loss account, cash flow and other financial statements. The meeting held the current fiscal year 2082. 83.
