More than 14,44,000 units of shares of Citizens Bank have been put up for sale. <\/p>\n<p>A total of 14,44,84.93 units of shares of the promoter group of the bank are being issued. Presently, only existing promoter shareholders of the bank can apply for the shares. <\/p>\n<p>A 35-day deadline has been given for the same. The interested promoter shareholders should apply to the bank&#8217;s central office at Narayanhiti Path, Kathmandu within this period. <\/p>\n<p>The minimum price of the shares has been set at Rs 106 per share. <\/p>\n<p>If the application for purchase of shares is not received from the promoter shareholders within the stipulated period, the issue will be opened to other individuals and organizations.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kathmandu.
