Existing promoter shareholders of the company as well as other individuals and institutions can bid for the shares. <\/p>\n<p>The minimum price of the shares has been fixed at Rs 445 per share. This means that the bidder will have to bid for the minimum price or more. <\/p>\n<p>The interested bidders can bid for a minimum of 5,000 units. Maximum number of shares can be applied for <\/p>\n<p>The tender can be submitted until March 28.
