Kathmandu. Taksar Pikhuwa Khola Hydropower Limited (TKPL) has opened its initial public offering (IPO) from March 10. <\/p>\n
The company has issued the initial public offering (IPO) to project-affected locals and foreign employment workers in the first phase. The IPO for locals will close on March 26 at the earliest and for the Nepalese working abroad, it will close on March 1 and at the late on March 26. <\/p>\n
The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has granted permission to the company to issue 4,230,668 units of issued capital i.e. Rs 42,30,66,800 i.e. Rs 100 per unit. Out of the total offered shares to the general public, 10 percent of the total offered shares to the locals of Bhojpur district and 10 percent of the total offered shares to the general public have been allotted for the Nepali migrant workers. <\/p>\n
Applications can be place for minimum 10 units and maximum 50,000 units. Nepalese working abroad can apply for the C-ASBA service from the banks and financial institutions participating in the C-ASBA service and from CDSC’s My Share. <\/p>\n
The customers can bid for the shares from Prabhu Bank’s Bhojpur, Pauli and Hatuwagadhi branch of Prabhu Bank, Bhojpur branch of Citizens Bank and Prabhu Capital. <\/p>\n
